Spherical roller bearings are equipped with drum roller bearings between two raceway inner rings and raceway outer rings. The curvature center of the raceway surface of the outer ring is the same as that of the bearing center, so it has the same alignment function as the automatic aligning ball bearing. When the shaft and shell are flexed, the load can be automatically adjusted and the axial loads in two directions. Radial load capacity is large, suitable for heavy load and impact load. The inner diameter of the inner ring is a cone hole bearing, which can be directly installed. Or use tight sleeve and dismantling cylinder to install on the cylinder shaft. The cage uses a steel stamping cage, a polyamide forming cage and a copper alloy car cage.
For self aligning bearings, when the axle bearing is loaded into the axle hole of the box, the middle mounting ring can prevent the outer ring from tilting and rotating. It should be kept in mind that some sizes of self aligning ball bearings are out of the side of the bearing, so the middle mounting ring should be concave to prevent damage to the ball. A large number of bearings are usually installed by mechanical or hydraulic pressing method.
For detachable bearings, the inner ring and outer ring can be installed separately, which simplifies the installation process, especially when both inner and outer rings need interference fit. When loading the shaft of the inner ring into the bearing box containing the outer ring, it is necessary to see if the inner and outer ring is correct in order to avoid scratching the bearing raceway and rolling parts. If cylindrical and needle bearing bearings are not lined with flange or inner side with flange, the installation sleeve should be recommended. The outer diameter of the sleeve should be equal to F of the inner race raceway, and the tolerance standard for machining should be D10. The needle roller bearing for stamping outer ring is preferably installed with mandrel.
